Restructuring and formal insolvency appointments

Concept of success and achieving your go

It is inevitable that individuals and businesses face challenges. Often such challenges arise due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. Obtaining advice at an early stage is essential.

There are often alternatives to entering formal insolvency procedures, but it is very important to adopt the

correct approach. Conversely, company officers and individuals can expose themselves to increased personal liability if they continue to trade a business which is insolvent.

As a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Kevin Brown is able to undertake formal appointments for the following

types of insolvency proceedings:

Creditors Voluntary

Company Voluntary Arrangement

Members Voluntary Liquidation

Individual Voluntary Arrangement

Please see the Creditor portal for guides to the varying formal insolvency processes.

Our team has over 45 years' combined experience in dealing with distressed scenarios, turnaround, restructuring and all types of formal insolvency procedures. We have extensive experience in dealing with banks, other lenders, HMRC and trade creditors. We can also assist company officers whose company is already in an insolvency procedure with a different insolvency practitioner.

When individuals or a company enters a formal insolvency procedure we act with empathy and support, through what is typically a stressful event.

Formal engagement letters are issued to all clients, which clearly specify the work that will be undertaken and the associated costs. This makes it clear for all parties involved.
